New GEN Working Paper A Serie

It is a pleasure for us to present the GEN Working Papers Collection A: Public economics, governance and decentralization. The aim of this collection is to publish quality works written by members and non-members of GEN on this field and it appears now at Ideas database. .

This collection includes unpublished contributions, preferably in English although Spanish is also considered, reviewed by the coordinators.

The series starts with the document entitled "Fiscal equalisation schemes and sub-central government borrowing", by Salvador Barrios and Diego Martínez.
